The knowledge of the name Lan Naicai still stays in "Liao Zhai Yan Tan". I didn't expect this cult person from a photographer's background to learn from Japan (and the master's surname is He). For this Hong Kong movie, we must embrace Quentin's mentality to appreciate it. Is that anger against capitalism? Hong Kong people and Little Japan have lived in a stressful and exploitative society since they were young. This anger is understandable. Compared with "Dog Bite Dog", this anger is much purer.
The picture of the film is great, and the lens has power. It is a pity that the warden’s transformation stunt at the end of the film is too thunderous.
I watched "Ip Man" last night, haha, the long-lost "King of Power".
