Wearing masks that make people breathing uncomfortable, I watched three movies on the flight back to London. This is the warmest one. This is a cat film and an urban documentary about Istanbul. It has "memory of a city", which is matched with another "Long Days and Days", bringing back many long-lost memories of old life, full of smoke and firework. The alleys and markets, the cluttered residential areas and grocery stores, are chaotic and warm. I used to like to watch mostly exquisite and elegant environments. New York, Chicago, Tokyo, Taipei, everything is simple, modern and orderly. Recently, most of the movies that have been touched by third world countries or third- and fourth-tier cities in China require some noisy needs. Some pyrotechnic gas needs something "different from the rest of the world". This is a world where more and more concrete forests are lined with tall buildings. After many years, is there such a half-wild half-cloud cat that can freely shuttle through the streets, and can lie down and lazily bask in the sun? After all, "a cat in a human home will quickly forget that he is a cat".
What is interesting in the film is the story of cats. The Turkish uncles who love cats are so cute. They like to hear the story of each cat, the character of each cat, and the changes these cats have made to their lives. Their expressions are comfortable and leisurely, their descriptions are full of warmth and affection. They are willing to be with these little creatures, spend time and energy and money to take care of them, and communicate with them on an equal footing, but they don’t really own them, nor do they You need them to please yourself. "If a person does not love animals, then he has no ability to love others."
"A cat meowing at your feet, looking up at you,
Is life smiling at you.
Those are moments when we're lucky,
It makes us realize that we are really alive, they remind us that we're alive."
I wish you an early return to the years and a peaceful life, and you can concentrate on the days of cat-spinning.
