For me, what attracted me to the whole movie is that although it is a crime suspense film, the atmosphere created by the director is very lazy and ambiguous. Like a general narrative style whispering softly in the ear, a piece of emptiness and romance pervades with a classical tone, and the texture of a film like a dreamland makes me unconsciously immersed in it. The whole process of watching the movie was too pleasant. Compared to the final at large of Ripley in "Genius Ripley", I like this version better. The characters portrayed by Alain Delon are evil and beautiful. At the same time, his beauty makes people morally lost, and wants him to get away with it, but the ending that implies that the truth is revealed brings people back to reality. Tell everyone to have justice in mind and implement the core values of socialism.
