It starts with Godard and ends with Godard.

During the holiday, I collected eight more Godards. I haven't watched them one by one, including the later documentaries. I don't know where the time is.

The disc was turned over that day, also because of the cover, the classic pop-style circles are neatly arranged, and Godard's usual interspersed high-purity colors. The dark circles behind the circles are reminiscent of high-street girls wearing puffy sleeves and mini skirts designed by Mary Kuant, with a strong color of the 1960s.

A woman is a woman? It sounds like a man's casual nagging, followed by the sentence "mood and anger", and the contemptuous words of "hair is long and short insight" seem to be more appropriate, but with a little helplessness, it seems that she sighed "Who calls her a woman?" "It's not an exaggeration, stalker and cute.

The film brings Godard's rare lightness. Think about it. In 61, the French Revolution of 68 has not yet begun, and the new wave is in the ascendant. Young masters are thinking about it, and they will come up with a playful tease. "The movie" was easy to come by, but Godard was the one who dared to make a move. This is where his strength lies.

The heroine of the film is Godard’s first wife. She is strange in front of the screen, but quiet and deep in the behind-the-scenes footage. She is indeed a very attractive character. I'm sure she is definitely from this film. The source of inspiration, such a topic is none other than her.

Speaking of lightness, Godard's later experiment in film language first appeared in this film, but it did not appear to be perverse and unreasonable, perhaps because he was Godard, um, I bought it. The sense of dislocation of the background music and the abrupt cessation from time to time, the protagonist’s self-talk becomes a voice-over, permeating outside the plot, the gap between the dialogue and the sudden wink with the audience, the amateur but bold singing and dancing performance, the use of explanatory subtitles, poems The combination of sex and parody, parody and the insertion of irrelevant plots all make this simple movie look so good that it makes people laugh.

Some scenes are still fresh and classic: Alfred's stop-motion shots imitating Angela's actions; the kissing men and women who always appear downstairs in Angela; the young couple salutes the audience before quarreling; Angela pretends to be innocent towards the camera There is a word in the mouth: I am a beauty, who am I afraid of? Alfred's downgrading shots against the wall are like early comedies; the red awning rises and falls to reflect Angela's hesitant mood... Stop it! The most classic is Angela's behavior when she vowed not to speak after quarreling with Miel. When she couldn't help it, everyone carried a lamp and walked to the bookshelf. One brought a stack of books to the bed and found a local copy on the cover of the book. Hold it in front of the opponent to vent your anger. This trick is really suitable for young couples to be angry and flirting when they are making a fuss. I really admire Godard, maybe it is a true portrayal of the two.

Several actors are the queens of the New Wave, but I think this is the only thing that makes them perform so interesting and vividly.

Masters don’t necessarily play deep, and masters who don’t always play deep are just as admirable. Just like this one, the revolution in film form language began with him, and he is still a terminator until now.
