The silence of Batman, who has been waiting for a few months, is finally here. This film is adapted from the comic of the same name. The artist is Jim Lee. Jim Lee's exquisite and realistic style has been liked by many fans. This film gathers many villains of Batman, Bain, Joker, Harry queen, Riddler, Catwoman, etc. There are even cameo appearances by Superman and Luther.
We know that the main thread in the comics is to silently threaten the villains to trouble Batman, and want to kill Batman. Even Superman Catwoman is involved. In the comics, there are Batman's self-monologues, as well as some silent memories with his childhood friend Thomas, such as seeing the original Green Lantern as a child (not in the animation, I have been looking forward to it for a long time).
However, the animation shifted its focus. There was no memory of Thomas and Bruce at all. Instead, the love scene between Bruce and Selena was aggravated, and the heroes worked together to solve the Gotham criminals. And in the animation, Silence is no longer Thomas Elliott, but the Riddler! ! ! In order to restore the Riddler, Dr. Thomas should have borrowed the knife to kill and let the Riddler go to the pond of immortality. After that, the Riddler's temperament changed drastically, and he knew that Bruce Wayne was Batman, so he became silent. In order to kill Bruce, Thomas sacrificed himself and let the Riddler kill Batman. There is no Tim, no huntress, and Barbara is still a Batgirl, not an oracle.
At the end of the story, the Riddler was defeated, Batman didn't want him to die, but Selena still killed the Riddler and fell into the fire. Because the two people have different ideas and opinions, Bruce and Selena didn't get together in the end. Since then, another sad person has been added to Gotham City.
Summary: Although the previous part of the film has been changed a bit, the changes are not bad, such as the first head-to-head confrontation with Silent, and the scene of Catwoman and Batman together. Later, I changed the silent setting directly. I don’t understand. Obviously, we can follow the comic book character and tell more about Brustomas’ childhood story to enrich the character setting, but the screenwriter does not.
And looking at the style and plot, this film belongs to the DC animation universe (justice league war Batman's Son, etc. movies), and the story line is the Superman Dynasty, it is mentioned in the film that Luther is already a member of the Justice League. It may be a reason for the magical change in order to integrate into the universe.
