The mentality and behavior of Churchill in the film actually reflect the mentality and behavior of the British Empire when the world hegemony is about to collapse. The British Empire has been unable to lead the anti-fascist World War II, unable to restrain the more powerful United States, unable to determine the place and time of launching the landing, and even unable to obtain the formal glory of embarking on a ship with the army. In the film, Churchill asked his wife that I have been at war all my life. If the war is over, where will I go?
