Before watching the movie, I always thought that Marvin's room was Leonardo's room. After watching it, I realized that the room was Leonardo's grandfather's room. He was in bed all year round due to a stroke, and his mind was not very clear. The only pleasure was that his daughter held a mirror to shine the reflection of the sun on the wall of the room, blinking. After the failed bone marrow pairing, the hope of life was disillusioned. As an unmarried, middle-aged childless woman, she cared for her father and aunt for 20 years, and her only love drowned. But she said she had no regrets. The movie ends in this room where light and shadow flicker. It is a little hope that cannot be captured, but it is also good.
