Thinking that this is the story, he checked four suspected old people one by one. In the end, maybe the enemy was already dead, and maybe he was lucky enough to get revenge. I would also think in a play, that the elderly care facilities abroad are really complete, and they are really considerate and patient with the elderly. In fact, I only slept for 4 hours the night before. I originally planned to make up for sleep on the plane. This film dispelled my sleepiness from the beginning.
The second half exposes the first half of his life as a devil and the second half of his forged identity. All the details that I felt violated before were all explained. His prisoner number tattoo is different from the tattoos of real Auschwitz survivors. He claimed that he didn’t understand guns and had to ask others to write down the steps to use the gun, but he chose a pistol with high lethality. He didn’t read the note at all before firing. He fired two rounds. One person and one dog were killed by one shot. Absolutely. Veteran gunners, shooting as natural as breathing. When crossing the border, the practice of covering the gun with clothes on the seat is also very calm and sophisticated. He is so confused about other things. He has to read the letter and call Max to know what to do, but he is doing these things. At that time, no one from the side to remind and guide. He was extremely resistant to German. His choice of music. There are too many things that can't be completely concealed if they try their best to disguise. Of course, he is still an amnesiac, he has no ability to plan everything, on the contrary he is the calculated one.
Max, who is inhaling oxygen all the time, is the mastermind of the decisive victory thousands of miles away. He said that when God smiled at him, he could imagine the countless fragments in his brain that had formed a plan because of the appearance of Zev, and the feeling of powerlessness brought about by his sickness. The actor playing Zev is our old friend. More than half a century has passed. His smiley speech has hardly changed. Even if it changes, it will increase the demeanor of the years. The roles and performances are so complicated and subtle (or rather human nature is so complicated and subtle) that in the end I didn't want to understand whether Zev is an organic degenerative brain memory disorder, or whether he tricked himself into sealing up unbearable memories. (Psychogenic memory disorder). He has lived under a fake identity for decades. It is precisely because of his traits that he was almost a victim of Nazism, and his affection and kindness to his family reflect the injustice and indelible evil like the abyss.
