As the name suggests, it's chaotic

I really want to roar after watching it. This film can almost be regarded as a stain in the costume film. It is a mess in terms of plot and clothing.

Brought together Alan Rickman, Kate Winslet, Helen McClowry, Jennifer Ellie, Stanley Tucci, and many other famous dramas, but the script is like a joke. No, it’s not a joke, but a reaction to Louis. 14. Le Notre and the great insult of French classical gardens.

The queen and the princes and princesses (wait, all the princesses of Louis XIV are illegitimate girls, let’s say there are three daughters in total, where are so many in the film) and rushed into the king’s bedroom, RU kidding M? ! ! Where are the rules of the Sun King? Isn't this a big middle-class family with great fun? Wouldn't any court be this way! Not to mention this is Versailles!

Immediately afterwards, the male protagonist Le Notre came out. As a gardening major, Le Notre was 25 years older than Louis XIV. He and his wife were loyal and in love with each other all his life. Why is Louis XIV in the film an old man, but Le Notre is a young man? ! Why did his wife become a daddy? ! Is it just for the respected garden master to have a leg with a fictional woman? ! Can't you have a pure colleague relationship? You have to change the age of the ancients for this kind of boring emotional drama! It’s pretty straightforward, because the foreigners who were shooting this might not be a surprise to us. If we change to China, it will be as nonsense as the recent Fan Bingbing’s role in winning the world and making the 60-year-old Widow Qing and the young man Ying Zheng fall in love.

The hostess came up and broke the rules and patterns of Master Le Nôtre... I am particularly annoyed by the blunt cultural implantation, really, so this kind of British stuffed the stories of the French background. The behavior is as disgusting as a fly. At that time, the most popular was French classical gardens, the rules and gorgeous patterns are good or not, who is the hostess who jumped out and wanted to engage in the British natural gardens that only became popular in the late 18th century. If you want to engage, please go back to yours. Britain may wait a hundred years, until Marie Antoinette's time, don't go through Louis XIV to ruin Versailles! !

Then there is the Tao of Service, which is really relevant and chaotic. Men's clothing is okay, women's clothing is my goodness. From the 1640s to the 1720s, nearly eighty years of styles gathered together, and occasionally Renaissance and Revolutionary styles appeared! This is equivalent to making a movie in our country someday, squeezing all the styles from the Republic of China to the WG to the present to the present. I don’t know when they suddenly jumped out of the court ladies and future people of the Qing Dynasty. Is it funny? I just wondered who this outfit is, so daring to play with it, when I saw, hehe, the designer of "Tudor Dynasty", that's no wonder. This person has always been confused in historical consciousness. Compared with the style of menswear in the Tudor dynasty, which goes against time, the small chaos is not the most ridiculous...

I saw other comments saying that it was bad because I didn't really appreciate the taste of the British. Well, let's not experience the taste of the British in Versailles! To promote British culture, please tell the story of the United Kingdom, and stop the disgusting Sun King.

One star is given to the Duke of Orleans and Mrs. Montespan in the film. Although the Orleans couple has very few roles, they performed superbly, especially the actors of the Second Lady, who resemble themselves in appearance and demeanor, and have a special posture of complaints. The style of the German man can be combined with "Versailles" for viewing. Mrs. Meng was played by Jennifer Ellie, and I didn't recognize it as the chestnut of the 95 version of P&P when I came out. The elegant, hypocritical, sharp and venomous personality was performed in three minutes, and the historical Mrs. Meng was completely played alive. This is the only bright spot I saw in this chaotic movie.

The professor also played very well, but it was not Louis XIV at all, so I won't give a star.
