Vince (Andy Garcia), a prison guard on the city island near New York, hides his wife Joyce (Julianna Margulies) from his wife Joyce (Julianna Margulies) to the city for acting classes, dreaming of becoming an actor . Joyce smokes without telling Vince, his daughter and son also have their own secrets, and the family is in their own hands. An Astronaut discovered that the newly transferred prisoner Tony (Steven Strait) was the son he had abandoned for more than 20 years. Vince took Tony home and concealed the facts from everyone, hoping to use parole to take good care of this son and get him back on track.
