The pastor mentioned this film when he was preaching. After watching it, I understand how much I like it as a Christian, and how much I hate it if I am not a Christian.
As a mother of an 8-year-old child, the greatest pain that can be imagined is the loss or death of the child. So the phrase Take me the male protagonist said in front of wisdom is something almost everyone who is a parent will do. This also verifies that Jesus himself died on our behalf, and saved us from being judged.
Since Adam and Eve sinned, all the pain is the result of sin, and we can only bear it, but in all the gloom, God personally accompanies us. The suffering does not come from God, but because of Him, we also have in suffering. Hope and sweetness.
It is precisely that I also have a father who is similar to the hero’s father. He is hard to forgive for the harm he has caused, and it has become a difficult obstacle in my life. Even if I know that he has his incompetence, but deep in my heart, forgiveness is not easy. But when we all stand before God as sinners, what is the difference between me and him? If Jesus had gone to the cross for us, besides being grateful, how can I judge him and myself from the perspective of God?
So judge is not only how we treat others, but also how we treat ourselves. From our own perspective, we may have made mistakes and are not lovable, but in the eyes of God, we are the ones worth redeeming with his life.
Because of Him, we can forgive and be released. And every tear we shed has been treasured by Him.
Everyone is His child, whether your sin is telling a little lie or kidnapping and killing a child, salvation is the first step in God’s work, not a judge.
This is God. He does not bring suffering, but in suffering, He is with you and bears with you. To put it bluntly, it is the worst and most profound word: love.
God loves everyone. He is not only the God of the male lead family, not only the God of Missy, but also the God of the murderer. In the face of his justice, he still has wisdom to defend Mercy and defend your behavior.
Therefore, no one is here to ferry you for your growth. All people have a noble created personality.
As human beings, it may be difficult for us to accept the misfortune that happened to Missy, but as a human being, we may be able to see salvation, grace, and sacrifice from another angle through this movie. This angle may not come yet. Our vision, but if you are willing, it will become your new outlook on life.
Just like what he said, you can turn your back to him at any time, you can ignore, listen, don't believe, and hate him at any time. Your car is outside, and you can leave at any time.
But what if you choose to stay?
Thanks for this movie.
