Set a funny ratio (after the destruction of the world, bicycles have become the mainstream means of transportation, and the equipment of the extremely explosive rider is basically a toy).
The plot is brain-dead, the blood plasma is exaggerated and fake, and the special effects are fifty cents, which is completely incomparable with the big production of "Mad Max".
But "Boom!" is not a super blockbuster at all. It is a juvenile fantasy, an FC game you played when you were a kid.
