1. Working Class Hero “...A working class hero is something to be When they've tortured and scared you for twenty years Then they expect you to pick a career When you can't really function you're so full of fear A working class hero is something to be..." Appeared on the way Danny Collins drove a luxury car back to his villa which was used by his little girlfriend to meet his lover. It is ironic to use "working class hero" as background music for an old rock singer who has achieved fame and lived a life of spending money and drunken money. 2. Whatever Gets You thru the Night "Whatever gets you through the night'salright'salright It's your money or your life'salright'salright...." The soundtrack at the Collins birthday party. Written during the separation of Lennon and Yoko, and later included in Walls and Bridges. The retro nightclub style brings out the drunken fans in the mansion party. 3. Imagine "Imagine there's no heaven It's easy if you try No hell below us Above us only sky..." Probably the most prestigious single in Lennon's solo career, the word "imagine" has since been inextricably linked to John Lennon's name. Appeared after Colins's uproar at the party ended, after reading Lennon's reply to him for the first time. From that moment on, Collins' lost life began to take a turn. The blurred eyes of Collins, the unconscious girlfriend who was drunk on the grass, and the waiter cleaning the endgame in the distance, came into the camera with the melodious sound of the piano one by one. 4. Hold on "Hold on John John hold on It's gonna be alright you're gonna win the fight..." After the 30th anniversary of Lennon's death, it was listed by Rolling Stone Magazine as one of its 20 most underrated songs. Collins said goodbye to the past and embraced the background music of the new life. 5. Beautiful Boy "...Before you go to sleep Say a little prayer Every day in every way It's getting better and better Beautiful beautiful Beautiful Boy...." After Collins failed to meet with his biological son who had been separated for many years . One of my favorite Lennon songs. Originally written by Lennon to his son Sean Lennon, the elegant and tactful oriental elements in the song are probably also influenced by Yoko. 6. Cold Turkey “...Can't see no future Can't see no sky My feet are so heavy So is my head I wish I were a baby I wish I were dead..." Appeared when Collins took drugs and got drunk after failing the show, leaving a mess in the room. Cold turkey originally refers to a person who quickly quit a certain habit or addictive hobby in a short period of time, rather than gradually quitting through means such as gradual reduction or use of alternative drugs. Sometimes it specifically refers to the behavior of a drug addict suddenly and completely abstaining from drugs. The psychedelic style of the music is accompanied by Lennon's erratic voice. The whole song itself is like a true portrayal of a drug addict who is drunk and crazy after taking drugs. I have to mention the powerful recording lineup of the song: the lead electric guitarist is Eric Clapton, Klaus Voormann is playing the bass bass, and the classical soundtrack is completed by the bug drummer Ringo Starr. 7. Love "Love is real real is now love is feeling feeling love love is wanting to be loved..." When Collins left the hotel, left the Mary whom I admired, and left the family that was finally lost, and embarked on the road to tour Sounded. In the sound of the piano, Mary, the pictures of his son flashed by, and their lives were still the same without him, and this love seems to be a heartbreaking summary of all the love that Collins has had during these days. 8. Instant Karma! (We all Shine on) "...Well we all shine on, Like the moon and the stars and the sun, Well we all shine on, come on and on on on..." Ending theme. The film ended with a happy ending as expected. *Help! Help! is a song composed by Lennon during The Beatles. It describes the distress of being overwhelmed by the great changes in life after becoming famous. Although it did not appear in the film from beginning to end, the lyrics and the theme of the film have certain similarities. Whether it is Danny Collins or his son, they urgently need each other’s help at this moment, "like I've never done before" . "When I was younger so much younger than today I never needed anybody's help in any way But now that these days are gone I'm not so self assured Now I find I've changed my mind and opened up the doors .... Won't you please please help me..."
