Nicolas Cage is a rare movie with high quality in recent years. As a fan of Uncle Cage, watching his obscurity and self-willing depravity in recent years, I feel very regretful. The "beauty" of the king of bad movies has been controlled for a long time. Until the appearance of "the trust", fans finally saw a trace of the return of the actor, which was so gratifying.

The veteran movie star
Nicolas Cage, who plays Stone, is as his name suggests, a man who is very demanding about himself and his work, and he wants to find out the meaning of his work, trying to grasp every opportunity and use his own dedication to win benefits. Resolute, arbitrary, and trustworthy, he considers himself the incarnation of justice

Elijah Jordan Wood, who plays Waters, whose name is alluding to his character, a standard incompetent, lack of mission, no interest in work, and not enough respect and trust for friends the key when there is no sense of responsibility

Cage and Wood played a very good chemical reaction in the film, Cage humor, Wood's stay Meng (more appropriate to say stupid), it is both tacit cooperation, the cost of the movie "the trust" There has been a qualitative leap. Uncle Cage swept away the decline of the "King of Bad Films" and "Golden Raspberry Awards" in the past, and made a strong counterattack. Wood jumped out of the vicious circle of "Lord of the Rings" and once again conquered the audience with top-notch acting skills.

The exquisite script is
a small-cost movie, and the excellent script makes a great contribution. With the excellent performance of the actors, the film presents an upper-middle level.

A good screenplay is half the success of a movie, and "the trust" is a good example. The script is good, there is suspense, the plot is ups and downs, the rhythm is not slow, and it is very attractive. The most commendable is the last segment of the film (about the last half an hour). Of course, many viewers had a lot of criticism about this, and they felt that the director could not explain why "Why did Waters no longer believe in Stone in the end and killed him", and expressed puzzlement. The reason is very simple, the plot is fully explained. First of all, Waters was shaken by Stone's behavior of "black eating black", not because of the so-called sense of justice, but because of fear; second, Stone's excessive justice behavior made Waters very disgusted, and even felt that Stone only cares about money. As a result, the bond of trust between the two began to collapse; in the end, when Stone pointed a gun at Waters and ordered it to open the vault, the mutual trust completely disappeared. These factors directly caused Waters to kill Stone, which was reasonable and unexpected.

Clever ending The ending of the
film is unexpected. Audiences who are used to watching happy ending must be very surprised by this ending, exceeding expectations.

"The trust" does not mean that the ending ends in trust, but it does the opposite. Waters killed Stone, and Waters was hunted by people on the underworld. This is the most realistic ending. The director defines the true meaning of "the trust" with a comment that is different from conventional thinking, which is amazing, wonderful, intriguing and thought-provoking.

Written at the end, this film, watch carefully, is not a crime film, not a thriller, not a gunfight film, but more like a documentary. It tells a story that cannot be more realistic. Two police officers with very different personalities have a common purpose. They came together and established the so-called "trust", but as the incident progressed, they eventually parted ways. "Trust" disintegrated and life died.
