It may be that I have seen too many stories of modern people traveling back to ancient times, so the expectation for this drama is quite low. But the highlight of this film is that the whole story is very pure. There is no love to die for, no rich and handsome, no silly white sweetness, noble knights accidentally traveled to the modern age, accidentally met their descendants, and then tried their best to return to the past. In this process, the conflict of ideas between ancient and modern is very clear. The knight and his servants seem incompatible with this era, and they have made a series of absurd actions, which make people laugh and feel so real at the same time.
The era characteristics of the ancient and modern time and space are handled well, and their respective era atmospheres are very strong. Strict hierarchy in the Middle Ages, wizarding culture; modern concept of equality, inheritance of family titles. The two eras have distinct differences and are in the same line. Perhaps this is the characteristic of European cultural heritage.
