From the first film in 2007 to the fourth film now, the lifespan of these three chipmunks is indeed longer than I thought. When I watched the first film in 2007, I was still a primary school student, so I watched it all the way at any rate. It’s a reminiscence to run to watch this film, so relax by the way. Sitting in the movie theater and looking around, I found that I seemed to be seriously over-aged in the audience. After watching the whole film, I suddenly felt that I was also a lot over-aged for the movie itself. In general, "Sweet Treasure 4" is still a standard family movie, with harmless or even a little young plot, the chipmunks selling cute gags, and European and American pop music skewers.
The original recipe is still the original taste, but the problem lies here. This is the fourth part of the series. Judging from the word-of-mouth released abroad, this film did not save the series' declining trend since the second film. The six chipmunks (don't forget the girls) are still cute enough to explode, but they have completely lost the sense of surprise that the first one brought to people. In fact, this is not only for them, the golden age of the combination of real people and animation seems to have passed, so whether new tricks can be played depends on the story itself, unfortunately, this episode can be viewed from the story. It's completely reduced to "Mediocre Fanwai".
