The little storm in Versailles is Professor Snape's directorial debut. It is the French garden designer played by Qi Winsley that caused the storm. The story comes from an anecdote during the construction of Versailles. Although it is a French story, the British director has a strong British taste. First of all, English is spoken in the movie. Apart from Qi Winsley’s performance, the most impressive is the English drama-like dialogue, with very long sentences. Many metaphors are difficult to translate.
