Did you really think about it the moment you pulled the trigger?

When I watched the trailer, I had roughly guessed the structure of the story, a typical reflection film.
The first thing you see is misalignment.
The experienced F-16 pilot is now sitting in a container flying coffee while flying hellfire. For some people, this is a dream. While fighting to kill the enemy, they can still have their wives and children hot on their heads every day, without life-threatening. But some people think that they are cowards, sitting behind the screen like a COD gamer. For the latter kind of people, the blue sky is their destination. Just like a diver in the blue sea and blue sky. As for the destination of life, others cannot understand it. They just persistently persist in the pathological thinking of the former kind of people. And incompatible with the surrounding environment.
Secondly, I saw the loss of faith.
The cross on the bedside, repeated appearances, hints at the deep-rooted degree of Christian faith. This has formed a clear causal link to the heavy psychological burden caused by the indiscriminate killing of innocents. If we ignore the collateral losses and kill for the sake of killing, what is the difference between us and them? The chief's answer is that there is no difference. We stopped, will they stop? Therefore, we cannot stop.
Finally, it is salvation, or escape.
Violation of the operating norms, eliminating the target that is not the target. For him, it is a kind of relief and a kind of salvation. However, I feel that this is just a continuation of the evasion of the previous mission. He had no way to issue orders, and he wouldn't say no to orders. He just technically avoided the moral and duty debates he would face. Then, insisting on his responsibility, go to the sister-in-law's house to pick up his wife.

The story is such a simple story. Talk about your feelings.
The duty of a soldier is to execute orders. This determines that no matter what kind of order it is, it must be resolutely implemented. Otherwise, there are only two consequences: standing in the wrong team, washing and sleeping; or adding yellow robe. In terms of practical experience, washing and sleeping is more likely. Because the army is really not a place for people to think about morality.
So, what can be done is whether the muzzle can be raised by one centimeter.
Some people are really stupid and always insist on their principles and never compromise. Even though there are tens of thousands of people, I am going. For this type of person, I only want to say four words, please bring me. These people will only stick to their insistence.
In fact, it should be said that everyone has their own persistence. These people are always lovely.

Even though I know, this is just a follower following the bomb disposal unit and American snipers. I can still feel the difference. This time, we are focusing on discussing options. The good, the bad; the bad, the not so bad; the bad, the worse; the worse, the worst.

There are always choices in life. Every day, every minute and every second. So don't blame others. What we can live like is entirely up to our own choice.

Finally, add two sentences about the current events. The reason why I like US is very simple, because this country (not the government) respects informers who inform citizens of government evils; unlike some countries (rather than governments), it respects informers who report citizens to the government. And, through movies, biographies and other methods to reflect the true psychological state of the soldiers, human choice; instead of relying on the mouthpiece to obscene public figures to insinuate "heroes", and relying on the drama to insult citizens' intelligence.

  • Tom Egan: Another one of my jobs is damage assessment. Which is our way of saying counting the dead. Which is not as easy as it sounds. Beacause a lot of times the bodies are in so small pieces.

  • Molly Egan: You think I am having an affair? No I thought about it. I don't think you would be cheating. In order to cheat someone you ought to be in a relationship... and I don't know any more if we are in one.
