1. Military uniforms. American generals are all dressed in military uniforms with neat rows of buttons; while Chinese generals are very casual.
2. Orchestra, this is the first time I saw an orchestra on the battlefield. Some people played drums, some played trumpets, and some played violin, and they were still a band! Although I know there are certain commands. But the army that sets off with the rhythm of the bugle always gives people an inexplicable sense of joy. It feels like the serious battlefield has become a festive military parade. In my impression, China is not only playing trumpets and drums, but also a person.
3. Differences in beliefs. The Americans never forget to shout: "God is with you", "God will bless you", "God is watching" and so on, no matter before departure or during war; China does not seem to have
4 , A manifestation of personal ideological struggle, this film has a lot of talks or personal monologues, or discusses the reasons for the war? (Respectively, the two sides used conversations to explain the reasons for the war; or persuaded by the generals; or reasons for the recruits to join the army) Or entangled in the continuation of the war? (The entanglement before the war; the hesitation before the important territory.) Or helplessness with friends? (I was shocked to learn that the opponent was my friend the next day;) Chinese films portray a single personal image, the characters are either good or bad; the reason for fighting is also single.
5. The characters are relatively three-dimensional. Soldiers and soldiers have shown fear and hesitation, and want to escape. It is not like a single Chinese sentence "Chong!" and a bunch of people rushed out without fear of death.
