Kay is charming and provocative. In the first scene in the swimming pool, I saw my bones crumbled (of course, the kissing and sex behind him are even more enjoyable), and the randomness that he exudes between his gestures and feet is irresistible. Naturally, Marc was attracted by it. Although marc does not recognize himself as a homosexual on the surface, in the subconscious, the facts are quite the opposite. As Kay makes glamorous teases again and again, Marc subconsciously says that he is gay, and this self-awareness is constantly deepened by him, making him feel puzzled, entangled and excited.
For Marc, I think before contacting Kay, Marc was convinced of his own perception that there was no option for homosexuality. If there is no kay (or other kay), he will always live in a heterosexual world. He has a beautiful wife and a perfect family in universal values. But once self-cognition begins to change, if the molecular aggregation effect (or the breadth-first search of the tree), you will find that the world is not the same. And this world makes people continue to deepen this view, and constantly makes you deny your original self. If this cognitive subconsciousness gives you a sense of superiority different from others, it is even worse. Just like a free fall, the speed increases twice.
There are many examples around us, the reason that a certain man walked on the road of no return because of a certain man was just like the common saying-as deep as the sea, the girl is a passer-by from now on. Not only with regard to sexual orientation, all religious beliefs, races, and conflicts in the world are not caused by self-awareness. These cognitions are continuous and make it more difficult for us to doubt the correctness of our position.
Since the world is yours, the world is constructed only by your cognition. So for the "rabbit crowd", what reason is there to blame and expel them?
