"The Colors of Upstream" is a sci-fi drama that is very obscure to understand. Every shot of the film is like a mysterious code. You may not know what the director wants to express, but you still can't help but look down. Every node that appears in the movie seems to symbolize something-criminals, soil, worms, discolored orchids, sounds collected and recorded for hypnosis controllers, pigs, people-or the director used science fiction to commit a crime The technique tells about the spiritual exploration of human society; this should be a good movie, but the stream of consciousness is too difficult to understand, and the individual is only purely combing according to the plot of the movie itself, unable to guess the true meaning of the director.
