Navel bitter

Mother and child floating on the sea are like fetuses in amniotic fluid. The isolated island is a safe and warm womb. The umbilical cord of mother and child are connected. The mother bit the umbilical cord, the son left, and the mother stayed. The womb is both the place where she was born and herself. Different relatives stayed on the island, husband, son, and left one after another to have a better life. One day, the navel bitter came back to his mother, did he leave again, or would he be with him forever?
Can't understand the mother's psychology, what if you want to describe the psychology similar to biting the umbilical cord and giving birth to a daughter? Or is it that daughters are always "second sex" to mothers?
