I think there were two outbreaks in the whole movie. For the first time, all mankind was destroyed, and people who happened to be dying survived. But the second time, the actor made a calculation error. At the same time he detonated the bomb, an explosion occurred, everything went back to the original point, and he was left alone in the world.
This reminds me of a passage, no matter what kind of world people live in, they are lonely deep in their hearts.
The last eruption changed the composition of the solar system. Finally, the rise of Saturn heralded the beginning of a new era, the end of human history, and the hero is doomed to be lonely all his life. . . . . .
