Family affection is a heavy topic

Watching this movie, I cried several times. I think my sister is a godlike existence "created" for the plot, and my sister is closer to reality, ha ha.

We often consider a lot of our own affairs, our own business and our own life, and try to avoid troubles, such as taking care of our parents and educating our children.

My sister loves her children and her parents, but she has always been far away from them.

Whenever she felt a relationship problem with someone, she avoided it. She felt that she was unsure of her eldest son, so she tried to minimize being alone with him; she didn't want her father to be a burden to her, so she didn't go home for more than 10 years.

There was a scene that moved me in particular. . .

After she had just returned home, she was uneasy. After chatting with her sister, she plucked up the courage to enter her father's room, but she saw the old father lying on the bed, but she didn't go in. . . Later, my father woke up and everyone was around the bed. She stood at the end of the bed like a little girl, awkward. . .

There has been a saying in China since ancient times, "Parents are here, don't travel far." Think about myself leaving my parents for work, wanting to be free from their constraints, and want to live freely, just like that sister. Although my parents say that it doesn't matter where I am, they will follow me after retirement, but let them leave their hometowns in old age and live in other places?

In fact, I have always envied Western families. The relationship between parents and children does not have as many responsibilities and obligations as China. What is strange is that mainstream Western culture advocates emphasizing family affection, while China advocates sacrificing relatives for work. For example, when someone loves his post and works, he or she must add a note about how indifferent or careless he/she is to his or her children.
