The tragic Oldschool narrative corresponds exactly to the psychological torment of the two protagonists. There is only an abandoned MS-level Boy and a hollow revolver in the boundless world. Brosnan's habit of hanging a Boy on his chest was beginning to make people incomprehensible. Later, he learned that it was very tactical. A turn around and a flick of his wrist became a lethal weapon. Jumping out of the horse's belly became the most surprising scene, and the Indians and women selling drugs in the desert became the most magical ideas.
Brosnan interprets the forbearance and grasp of opportunity of a master with stunts to the extreme. An ordinary aftershock of the Civil War has universal archetype meaning.
