Originally I only wanted to give three stars, but because I made a few tears when I watched Tchaikovsky violin concerto and montage at the end, so I just added a star. I did some research on the director Radu. When I saw his name, I thought of the Romanian professor at the university. As a result, he was a Jew who was born in Romania and lives in France. Because of the superiority of French society, it is impossible to understand the honor, stupidity and sorrow of the Soviet world. There are many things in the movie that are unconsistent. It may be because I was also born in a country that is good at class sports, and I can't appreciate French humor. It may also be the reason. I have too much expectations for this movie, and I feel a little disappointed anyway.
Only socialism will have characters who sink for this reason. Only in socialism can such a person be understood. The outside world will give sympathy and appreciation, but cannot accept such a life.
Mélanie Laurent participated in Quentin Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds last year. Quentin’s favorite female stars look a bit like Uma Thurman=_=
Art and civilization are always the "enemy of the people" in the eyes of politicians!
