After watching this film, I think Billy Wilder used a lot of black film techniques. This film is very similar to the first half of the black film. Of course, the audience may not care too much about the problem I mentioned above. The first is comedy, which is not as depressing as the black film. However, I still like the more elegant "Apartment" and "Enthusiasm".
