five minutes

I lost interest in this film after watching it for five minutes, because:

1. Richard Gere’s face said that the principles of democracy and human rights are really a little bit so. I am sometimes surprised that a white man with such small eyes is so fiery. It is fair to say that I should fire.

2. I am a political lover, so Comrade Richard Gere’s first five-minute report on Fat Biao, I think it’s absolutely a bullshit. Because:

a) As a war correspondent who has been abroad for many years, it is not necessary to interview only the side he supports when covering the war. Don't you know what the Muk clan did?

b) The American media spared no effort in reporting on the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and never let go of Serb every move. You were expelled for criticizing the Serb massacre? Is the director of the TV station Karadzic's second uncle?

3. The film review record confirmed my guess that the film was not well received in Croatia as it was in Serbia. The comments made by the Muslims in Bosnia and Herzegovina were only “basically positive”, and the questions raised by Mook mainly focused on the film “too Hollywood”.

However, it is too hasty to watch the conclusion for 5 minutes, so I will comment on it after reading it later.

The Hunting Party quotes

  • Indian Officer: War criminals? Believe it or not, we don't even have a copy of the complete indictment list.

    Duck: You don't?

Indian Officer: [hopefully] No. Do you have a copy? I could always Xerox it. Miriam, is the copier working again?

Duck: Look, word has it there's a bunch of them living right here in Foca.

Indian Officer: Could be. Unfortunately, we're here to reform the police force, not hunt for war criminals.

Duck: But it wouldn't be much hunting. I mean, most of them are listed right in the phone book.

Indian Officer: As I said, we're not authorized to arrest war criminals.

Duck: You *are* the international police, right?

Indian Officer: Yes. Under the flag of the United Nations.

Benjamin: I thought the U.N. *was* looking for war criminals.

Indian Officer: We are. Aggressively. There's a five million dollar reward, you know?

Benjamin: But you said you don't have an indictment list.

    Indian Officer: We don't! Donut?

  • Boris: For a group of U.N. guards to go, it's too dangerous. For you guys? Sure, why not? Go to Celibici. Do the world a favor.

Benjamin: Okay, I'm sorry, are you still insinuating we're a CIA hit squad or something?

Boris: I'm sorry, are you still insinuating you're journalists?
