This animation shows people a truth, no matter how powerful a monster encounters a kid who doesn't know how to be afraid, it can only be defeated. As for the little girl in this film, because she was too young, she didn't know that those monsters were terrible. After meeting those monsters, she didn't avoid them at all, and even greeted them directly. But it happens that this "monster company" happens to have such a kind of cleanliness, there can be no traces of children left in the company, let alone such a living child sneaking into the company, the consequences can be imagined. As for the protagonist of the story, the battle-tested monster, although he scared many children before, but in front of this little girl who didn't know how to be afraid, there was no way at all, and he happened to get into trouble and let the child go. After entering the company, everything went into chaos, and a "monster kingdom" was turned upside down by a little girl. Even if the monster wanted to remedy his troubles after finding the child, he found that all of this was not so simple. First of all, the child was not easy to coax, and it was not easy for him to get her to cooperate. On the other hand, the company found that You don’t need to think about how bumpy the road is and you can find out how bumpy the road is.
Why didn't the little girl know that she was afraid because she didn't have the memory to bring her fear, she didn't know what these monsters in front of her would do to her, she thought these strange-looking monsters were all very fun. But once she has memories that can make her scared, she will naturally become scared when she sees the monster again, for example, when she sees the loud roar of the monster, then she also becomes afraid of the monster.
The final ending of the film is that the company fired its original boss, and later the company changed its operating plan and got rid of the previous "cleanliness".
Perhaps because of the creation of so many monster images, the film looks very different in Pixar's works. It should be said that this film is much better than the "Shrek" of DreamWorks in the same year in terms of the creativity of monsters, and the latter was made for the purpose of using "subversion" as a selling point to compete with Disney.
