How far is happiness is only about meeting once

After watching Shelter the first night, I couldn't help but smile and smile, and then went to bed contentedly.
When I opened my eyes the next morning, there was another cool sea, white foam, clean sand, and beautiful sunshine. Shuttle skateboards, casual graffiti, crooked eyebrows, and a moving smile—those detailed plots and music emerge one by one. So he turned on the computer like a demon, and reviewed it again.
At night, I always want to write something to it. Reminiscing, laughed silently again. So, the third time. So the document on the other side is still blank. .

Specks of sunlight hit the lens, and the movie began quietly. A seemingly carefree boy walks through the streets with ease on a skateboard. Stop occasionally, raise the camera to take a picture of the scene in front of you, or secretly take out the spray paint, leaving a trail of splendor on the wall.
In the brisk and bright music, the camera swayed back and forth with the skateboard, so smooth and clean.

It's like a cool and warm prose poem.
It has no ups and downs plot, no thrilling scene. It's just a clean picture and dialogue, just the right light and shadow and soundtrack. Sun, beach, skateboarding, surfing, empty streets, humming wireless walkie-talkies, random graffiti swaying on the wall, and a smile in the eyes of lovers.
So many warm details, turned into a tender feeling sinking to the bottom of my heart, a silent smile appeared on the eyebrows.

Just like A dream of 1 hour and 29 minutes. Melt into all the sweetness and bitterness, the last one ended successfully-like a dream with the best ending, the sun is shaded by clouds, driven by the wind and rain, hesitated, obsessed, persisted, and finally met the joy of turning the clouds and seeing the sun. There is no need for radiant power, but a piece of tender satisfaction.

So I thought, in fact, the purest love is that simple. There is no need for a vigorous process, no need for a covenant to swear every day, no harm and guilt are inevitable, let alone toss about owing back and forth.
It was just a chance encounter.
"Whoever you are, you will meet someone."
If you have Zach's kindness, you will meet Shaun's warmth.

This is the simplest and most ordinary story, just like all love.
Everyone is lonely, no one needs to be understood and loved. It doesn't matter if you are a prince or a commoner, no matter if you have a small career or are still just a graffiti art lover. No matter how strong your spiritual power is and how rich your inner world is, deep in your heart, you are eager to be recognized, understood, appreciated, and tolerated.
They are all looking forward to meeting once.

Moved by such a tacit understanding between them.
Zach looked at the wall paintings that he had put in countless efforts, and still couldn't avoid the result of being erased. The sun was still shining on that day, but it didn't seem to have the usual temperature.
Everyone will encounter the choice of dreams and the struggle in life; everyone has the experience of rejection of loneliness and the desire for tacit understanding.
It has nothing to do with whether it is the same sex or the opposite sex.

As the director of this play Jonah Markowitz said, ``Shelter is a story about people – not gay people-just people. It's not a gay story, but a story about an relationship born from a less than ideal situation.''

See this I just understand why I think of happy together after reading it. Although it is a completely different style and a completely different tone.
It turns out that they are just telling a story that everyone will encounter in life, expressing a mood that everyone will have.

How far is happiness? One point meets, nine points persevere.
But if there weren't that time, there would not be all the persistence afterwards.
Love is so, so is dream.
Therefore, the last and satisfactory ending of the movie makes people believe that, no matter what, there are beautiful things and encounters that can be waited for.

The last thing I must say is that the name "Shelter" is as warm as its Chinese translation. Obviously, it is a warm and fresh film with a miraculous healing effect that is as fresh and smooth as a prose poem.

"Look it again, think about it, laugh secretly, and warm my heart." When
you are happy, sad, happy, or lonely, you can take it out and warm it up again.

Shelter quotes

  • Shaun: [looking through Zach's art portfolio] Wow.

Zach: [trying to grab it away from him] Whoa! What're you doing?

Shaun: Easy, dude, it's OK. I want to look at it.

Zach: Nobody ever looks at that.

    Shaun: Wow. Is that Cody?

    Zach: Yeah.

    Shaun: Sad Cody.

    Zach: You could tell?

Shaun: Yeah, and how you darkened it around his head. This is incredible - and there's no toys in his room. Wow - awesome.

Zach: Yeah, he'd just gotten scolded. He was trying to understand why. So he came into my room. He hasn't left yet. It's the only place he could sleep.

  • Shaun: Where are you?

Zach: Gettin' warmer... colder... turn around. I'm so sorry.

    Shaun: You better be.

Zach: You sent in my application?

Shaun: Yeah... why're you here? What changed?

    Zach: I did.
