Cool style!

A movie about a murder was made in 1971. The plot is very "simple" and not as complicated as many movies of the same genre nowadays, and you have to surprise the audience with dancing and dancing. The attraction of the film lies in its strong cold style. Most of the time is night shots, a slow saxophone soundtrack, and a large number of dark plots depicting the life of prostitutes create a movie with a very unique style and a heavy taste. Jane Fonda won an Oscar for Best Actress in this film. Her acting skills are nothing to say, but I always feel that her spoken English seems a little too slippery for a prostitute. For those who like this kind of tuned video (such as me), it's worth watching!

  • John Klute: Miss Daniels, can I ask you some questions now?

Bree Daniel: [notices Klute's surveillance gear] You bastard! Is this a shakedown, hon'? 'Cause you picked a loser, I don't have it.

John Klute: I'm looking for Tom Gr...

Bree Daniel: [interrupts him] Jesus, do you think I'd still be living in this kip if I was still in the line fulltime? I'd be back on Park Avenue.

John Klute: Can I ask you some questions?

Bree Daniel: Or you'll have me thrown back in the brig, you mean.

  • Bree Daniel: [voiceover] I have no idea what's going to happen. I... I just can't stay in this city, you know? Maybe I'll come back. You'll probably see me next week.
