The story is very simple.
In 2092, the earth’s ecological environment was so bad that it could no longer provide a living space. The Victory spacecraft is a space rubbish sweeper. Its job is to collect all kinds of space rubbish generated during the construction of the new world every day and hand it over to the space rubbish recycling station in exchange for cash in return. There are 4 people on the Victory, the female captain Jang Hyun-suk, the pilot Kim Tae-ho, the power supplier Park Ho, and the robot Babos. They are all non-citizens. They fight with other spacecrafts every day to grab some valuable rubbish, but Even if they win, they still cannot make ends meet.
During an operation to repair the spacecraft, Kim Tae-ho found a cute Asian girl. When he took the child back to the spacecraft, he discovered that the girl was the devastating bomb that offered a huge reward in the news-Dorothy. The terrified four realized that Dorothy could exchange a huge amount of wealth, so they planned to sell her to the more expensive secret organization Black Fox.
However, this transaction almost changed the fate of Victory.
It turned out that Dorothy was not a bomb at all, but a pure Korean girl. She was weak and sick and survived because her father helped her implant nanobots. Since then, Dorothy seems to have a supernatural power. She can revive creatures and grow naturally. UTS has even used her to create a new world. However, in order to prevent the secret from leaking, the UTS boss ordered Dorothy to be destroyed with a hydrogen bomb and to destroy the earth.
In order to protect the lovely Dorothy and defend the earth, the crew of the Victory united all the proletariat to fight UTS with all their strength, and finally won.
Is there a strong routine atmosphere?
That's right, this is the familiar recipe for Hollywood blockbusters. The old story of heroism successfully saving the earth, and finally forcibly ended in a happy ending.
In the whole movie, only the story line of the male protagonist Kim Tae-ho is relatively clear. Even as the captain of the Victory, the female protagonist’s story clues are not clearly explained. She only knows that she is a genius and knows the evil deeds of the creator of UTS. He is his responsibility. The background of the other two protagonists is even more sparse, and the explanation is not clear.
In particular, the two major force organizations in space mentioned in the movie: UTS and the Black Fox organization have become instrumentalists. When the protagonists were discussing whether to hand Dorothy to the Space Police or the Black Fox Organization, they said how terrifying the Black Fox was. However, the Black Fox was killed in collective action only 10 minutes after the official appearance. The screenwriter is definitely not a joke?
If "Victory" is purely a popcorn movie, it is still above the pass line. If you want to keep your name in film history, it is still not enough.
Science fiction movies have almost always dominated American movies, especially space-themed science fiction movies. TOP1-10 are all produced in the United States. If they follow their routines, there will be no novel themes, and they will only spin around in the routines.
