Leaning on the bed this morning, opened the balcony door, looked at the sea outside, and watched this bloody and violent movie.
Compared to other prison movies, "Awakening Dragon from Hell" is more like an art movie with prison as the theme, and it is indeed the only prison movie about "Americans in Russia" that I have seen. But because the background is set in Russia, the violent elements in the film appear more rugged and angular, and there are often big guys who speak a little accent in the action scenes, which is really cool. The idea of the film is "Unity is strength", which I really didn't expect. . .
There are many unreasonable points in the story. In order to prevent spoilers, I will not describe them one by one. This is why I say it is more biased towards an art film. It didn't bring me the sigh of "Woc can also go out in Shawshank's Redemption? This man is too smart and cool", but the feeling of revenge of "You are really handsome". Maybe the first time I saw it, I thought it was pretty good, but the second time I saw it, there would be a sense of violation of forcibly loading violent elements on the value as a task. So, it's cool, don't think about it.
