Why give it a high score?

When it comes to the theme of Battle Royale, the first reaction is that Takeshi Kitano's "Battle Royale" is the real absurdity and humanity. What is this thing? ? ?

After seeing the comments, many viewers still thought this film was very good. If it weren't for this film, I would really think it was a navy.

In terms of the plot rhythm, the typical Hollywood drama structure, the injured protagonist wakes up after friends/family/lovers suffer; encounters a non-fatal setback on the way, and finally depends on his teammates to sacrifice themselves to help the protagonist win the world and save the world.

A completely formulaic narrative can’t be said to be wrong, but it’s quite satisfactory and won’t give it a point.

Where is the problem?

Characters/plots.

A rebellious girl from a high school student suddenly awakened after she was frightened and turned her head back to save people. The character’s psychological motivation changed in just a few minutes; but you have to say that she remembered what her father taught, As a result, she robbed the villain girl's gun without grabbing anything and shooting the gun, and rushed at people in a daze?

A high school girl, after being shot in the leg by a gun, was alive and kicking for dozens of minutes. She rebelled against the murderer's accomplices. She injured her leg and ran faster than the tall and long-legged little fat man. After she persuaded the little fat man to drop, she wouldn't let him lie in ambush. Just sent it there? There are a total of three guns on the opposite side. The pistol is in your own hand, the shotgun is your own, and the enemy can't do it secretly? Because you can't write like this, the protagonist must be magnificent and upright.

The murderer boss didn't know who took it. He was completely deceiving. In case the talkie was thrown on the ground and no one answered. He killed everyone and no one would reply. As a result, our wise and brave girl was sent to the door.

But if you want to say she is stupid, she exchanged the life of the little fat man for the little lover, and settled in for him. Then he accurately identified the direction of the murderer, caught up with the murderer with sound limbs and killed him in one fell swoop? This psychological quality will be suppressed at the beginning?

So why do you score a point? The protagonist needs to be wise and brave when he needs to open and hang up, and the plot needs to start to lose his intelligence; the villain even counts the social reaction during the live broadcast process, and this level of intelligence even allows his subordinates to send one by one. Did the car bomb slip away? In the end, he understood his anti-social personality, but in the end he didn't understand, where did he get such a deep hatred? Even the little fat man is much worse than him.

The more problem is that the film highlights the heroism of the heroine, but the protagonist is a high school student with no superpowers, so he has to weaken the surrounding adults, society, and classmates. But this has taken a thorough picture of American society.

Children below the middle class receive a happy education from a young age, and leave when they arrive. They look no different from adults but still think about how to play all day long. The teacher can only accompany a smiley face no matter how helpless. I'm almost graduating, and I still don't know anything about where and what to do in the future.

The teachers, faculty and staff are old, weak, sick, and disabled. Eight out of ten are local folks. When something happened, they started to read the instructions and follow the instructions, because they don’t need to be responsible for your children, they only need to complete the happy education.

This is especially true for the police. The superiors and subordinates in the same area are still listening and not listening to the announcement. They can't even coordinate the emergency response strategy. They dared to rush in without knowing the internal situation. Temporary policemen dare not do this. . The gangsters had already killed people with guns, so a few police cars came, and even the heroine's father could take a sniper, and the police had only a few pistols in total. Insufficient police force and insufficient equipment, then the US annual military expenditure is more than the latter 2-10 combined. Where is the taxpayer's money spent? Of course it is the foreign army.

For the so-called freedom of speech, the media forced the professional rescuers to make way for them. When the children in the middle came out, there were people who went to interview and broadcast live to the gangsters. Is this "you can give up life for freedom"? Give up your life and guarantee my freedom. This is the truth of the so-called freedom of speech in the United States. It sucks the blood of the common people and guarantees the mouthpiece of the upper class.

The film is threatened by terrorists and social media can be kept live. However, in reality, even the Twitter of former President Trump has been blocked, and the content of Chinese netizens that is beneficial to China is deleted as soon as it is posted. This is called freedom.

Do you think that the United States is Times Square in New York, or the sunset in Los Angeles, Silicon Valley technology giants? More people are still distributed in the central and western villages and towns. Why do homicides happen frequently? Because even the camera is not universal, if something goes wrong, it can only rely on the poor manpower of the police, and it often fails. Even more frightening is that under constant propaganda and brainwashing, the voices of the people in the central and western villages and towns will not be heard, and even they themselves feel that they are quite good.

While advocating heroes to save the world, while trembling the status quo of American class-solidified capitalists' control of the country, they opened their eyes and talked nonsense.

Thinking about it this way, it should actually be given a high score.
