2.5. The picture quality is simply indescribable, very poor; it looks like someone digs it out for you. The film is an unpopular one in the series of Akira Kurosawa's works; the Japanese-Russian co-production reminds me of the Russo-Japanese War on Chinese soil. This is probably the first time I have watched a Russian movie; it is not as fresh and exciting as I imagined. Because the font of the resource is very small, I can't see it clearly from a distance; also because my eyes are not very good, I skipped some plots. The overall feeling of this movie to me is terrible; indeed, under so many restrictions, it is difficult to shoot Kurosawa's original taste. I paid attention to it. The background of the film was between the revolution of 1905 and the October Revolution of 1917; but it did not touch on sensitive political topics and did not pierce the window paper. The scenery in Russia is beautiful; but the quality of the picture makes it look awful. Some of Delsu Uzala's views on man and nature; very interesting, profound and thought-provoking.
The protagonist's various unsuitability in living in the city in the end led him to return to the forest; in the end, the hunter died because of the rifle.
Some fate and irony; more of the cliché thesis of "rural people and urban people".
