You Can't Always Be Too Right

Before I went, I paid attention to film reviews. Most of them have 2 or 3 stars. It is rare that I rushed to Colin Firth on Friday or even gave up Diving Bell & The Butterfly and chose the light comedy The Accidental Husband. The

plot is probably about a radio DJ that specializes in solving the relationship between the sexes. When Dr Emma Lloyd (Uma Thurman) registered his marriage with his boyfriend Richard (Colin Firth), he realized that he and Patrick (Jeffery Dean Morgan) were legally husband & wife. Emma had to go to Patrick to solve the relationship. A series of stories that happened next to her marriage that she didn't know about became interesting.

I wanted to appreciate the invincible charm of Colin Firth, because I started to appreciate the gentleman style after reading Bridget Jones’ book. Among the British actors, none of my favorites are that way. Hugh Grant is a bit of Playboy’s wickedness. James McAvoy is a bit too young and casual, and Colin Firth's gestures are easier to move people's hearts. Unexpectedly, in this drama, Richard, played by Colin, has a stress-eating problem. Every time he encounters a problem, he either stuffs chocolate in his mouth, cakes, or grabs a handful of biscuits and puts them in his pockets. It's a bit embarrassing, a bit funny, and loses elegance. Posture...hehe...

Instead, Patrick, played by Jeffery Dean Morgan, has a sweet smile every time he looks up at the camera, making Ou fall into his charm trap unsuspectingly.

There are two things that are more moving:
1. When Emma was hesitant between Richard and Patrick, she asked her father for advice, and father replied, You can't always too right, people do make couples of mistakes. It's like a woman who has always been smart and capable can also be stupid. When you are confused, if you are always too right, your life will probably be imperfect...

2. At the last moment, Richarde understands Emma's feelings very well. He said, I should have married you long long time ago... Like many people who have been in love for many years, they always feel that they know the bottom line. They didn't expect so many accidents and so many Sparkles in life. If they had acted earlier, they would not have come out today.

This film does not have any special deep meaning, it is completely viewed through leisure time. Life is always full of accidents. No matter how savvy people are, there is the possibility of making mistakes. Enjoy mistakes are also part of life~ Some things are still early, waiting too long. May expire, including feelings...

    Emma: No.

    Patrick: Ah!

Emma: [she accepts the forkful of cake] it was yummy.
