After all, humans are still animals. Some aspects of their human nature that are so ugly that they cannot be believed will be stimulated at certain moments, and their animal instincts will be exposed.
This aspect of human nature reminds me of the original sin of Christianity, saying that people are born guilty and need to live in this world and do good to cleanse their sins and obtain salvation. I think the scene of the movie is very similar to international politics. International politics is like this. On the surface, rationality and order are ruling, but in fact it is still a naked battle with force. In international politics, force determines everything, and all treaties, alliances, etc. may be reduced to a dead letter at any time.
