I like Gothic style, I like to watch those science fiction with pessimistic complex, I am still a fan of plasma movies, amateurs of Cult movies, and I have watched several musicals/rock musicals, although I don’t understand very well, But I think rock and electronic music are very cool, and they are very beautiful in comic style. This movie has played the above elements all over, and I really can't say that I don't like it.
If I understand correctly, probably the main storyline should be:
Rotti, the boss of the super company Genco, had fallen in love with Mani, but soon after, Marni met the doctor Nathan, turned to fall in love with him, married him and became pregnant with a daughter. Soon afterwards, Marni suffered from a blood disease. Rotti poisoned him in his laboratory in order to avenge Nathan, but Nathan gave it to Marni as a prescription, causing Marni to hemorrhage and die. Only his daughter Shilo was saved and he lived from then on. In deep self-blame, and signed an agreement with Rotti to become Repoman to work secretly for him. In the timeline of the film’s story, the daughter Shilo has grown to the annoying and rebellious period at the age of seventeen, but because she inherited the mother’s disease, she could only be imprisoned at home all day long, and was concerned about her mother’s death and her father’s occupation. I don't know. At the same time, Rotti was diagnosed with a terminal illness, but he did not want to pass on his company to the three children. Instead, he thought of Shilo. He used Shilo's father-daughter conflict to lure her out of the house and exposed to her on the opera stage that his father was Repoman. She told her that her father murdered her mother, and even further deceived her that her father poisoned her medicine so that she could be imprisoned forever at home and could not go out, trying to get her to pull the trigger and personally Patriarch. However, despite Rotti's calculations, Shilo suddenly realized all the truth in a flashback when he passed out, as if he had opened up the perspective of God. Rotti had to kill Nathan himself and died, while Shilo escaped in a pool of blood. After that, Genco was taken over by Rotti's daughter Amber Sweet.
The plot is not the best, and my two main characters have no feelings. However, there is a section of "Night Surgeon" that Nathan was coerced into. I like it very much. The gene company named Genco is the savior of the world The image appeared, and the sick people were saved through organ transplantation, and the expenses could be paid slowly by installments. However, in fact, once the organ transplant recipients cut off their donation, they will send Repoman for mandatory recovery. The rich have benefited from this, but the poor will never escape bad luck in the end. Genco built a huge business empire through this, and many details in the film showed irony.
Blind Mag, Marni's friend, was once blind, replaced by Genco's eyes and could only work for this company until she died. She was willing to escape the bondage at the cost of death. The gothic style is full of styling with confused, hollow and inorganic sci-fi eyeballs. When singing, it will also bring electronic sound. In the song "ChasetheMorning", the setting of releasing the holographic projection through the eyeballs is really great.
Rotti’s children: He looks well-dressed, but he likes to stab others and tear his clothes. Tomb Raider, the favorite character of the whole story, is positioned like Lucini in "Elizabeth", the poet in "Notre Dame de Paris", sometimes as the main role in the story to promote the plot and supplement the background, and sometimes act outside the plot.
