there is such a math problem, there are five people in three of the kidnappers, two of the hostages, to have the number Kind of combination?
This permutation and combination problem vividly appeared in this movie, but the result is not as clear as the problem that can be solved with a simple mathematical formula, but rather chaotic and cruel.
After the five people woke up separately, they found themselves in a closed abandoned chemical factory with scars. The injuries of several people were different, but they couldn't remember who they were and what happened. Gradually, they found some clues and found that two of them were hostages and three were kidnappers. After a fierce fight, they overturned a chemical gas in the chemical plant, causing five people to temporarily lose their memory. Among them are the "Jesus" in "The Passion of the Lord", the "Head of the Family" in "Little Girl Sunshine", and the "So-and-So Soldier" in "The Banner of the Fathers".
So the five people began to guess and doubt each other, and tried to escape this confined space. Do you think it's a bit "saw scared"? It's still the original idea, but this one is not as bloody and scary as "Chain Saw", but has more suspense and horror, especially when they gradually remember who they are from some memory fragments, when the other few are outside. When the kidnappers succeeded in getting the ransom and were about to rush back, the plot pushed this suspense and horror to a climax. By the way, the leader of the kidnapper who went for the ransom was John Abruzzi, the famous John Abruzzi in "Prison Break". I dare to love this guy who died early in the second season of "Prison Break" to act in a movie. In 2007, he could be in at least 5 movies. Saw his figure.
So this movie has two highlights. One is to watch several second-line acting stars gather in the same movie and play roles of different styles. It is indeed a pleasure to see each other's acting skills and fighting wits, especially watching Greg Kinnear ("Little Sunshine Girl"). "Father in ") interprets a thorough Loser, full of black humor. Another point of view is how to make this “identity puzzle” confusing to a certain height, instead of sticking to the fixed framework of "Cube" and "Saw Cry".
On the second point, I guessed that he would use the police to undercover. Here, I successfully borrowed from "Falling Water Dog" to make the identity more illegible and the situation more chaotic. It is unavoidable that some family and emotional elements are added as a spice. The most successful part of this film is to use the panic of lack of self-identity to create the panic of loss of human nature, the loss of heart when you find that you are a bad person, and the anxiety about your own safety when you find that you are a good person, which one is more panic fear?
As for the last long-awaited shock, it is considered a success. This "amnesia" game itself has various possibilities, and it can even be "fudged" for 90 minutes before finally discovering that I am the ultimate "Boss"
Speaking of which, this movie It's more like a game-an intellectual game in which you will be attracted to participate. It is also like a fresh and delicious chowder. All kinds of vegetables and seasonings are familiar things, but the taste is fresh. As an entertainment film, this is enough.
