I know this film is because my lover likes the theme song of the film very much. We are at HMV, but we have not been willing to buy it. We finally got it online a few days ago. I searched and found that the theme song of the film was a piano and orchestral work completed by Russian composer Rach Maninov in 1934. It was based on the theme of Italian violinist Paganini’s 24th Violin Capriccio Written, titled "Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini", a gentle, passionate, lingering piano concerto.
I have been immersed in the music of this film recently and can't extricate myself from it.
What I want to say is that if every moment in life can be recorded and replayed later, we will find that destiny is destined at the beginning. Just like the end of "Sweet Honey", we know that Liming and Maggie Cheung actually went to Hong Kong on the same train, and their positions were back to back. The actor in "70 Years Back in Time" has gone through all the hardships to return to his lover, but the fact that they can't be together still can't be changed. As the supernatural powers of Monkey King in "Western Journey", he can't change his own destiny, so he can only express himself through other people's bodies.
I remember saying to my lover before that if we could go back to two years ago, we might find that in fact, one day, at CUHK, near the Wang Fuyuan Building, we had already met. It's a pity that we can't see it.
I wonder if the idea of the Moonlight Treasure Box in "Western Journey" came from the antique watch in "70 Years Back in Time"? There may be something around us that is the "antique watch" that can take you back in time.
