Allegorical film

Linwood 2022-05-02 06:01:04

This is a movie with a strong sense of stage. People who don't like to watch dramas may find it difficult to agree with this form.
The film is obviously allegorical, and the sense of form and the spirit of realism are perfectly blended together. (Realism does not mean that it looks real...), it makes people think of "Animal Farm" at once.
The plot design is very meticulous. The allegorical plot design and unexpected results reflect the director's deep understanding of American democracy, freedom, and racism.
In a word, a genius director, a profound work. Looking forward to the third part.

  • Grace Margaret Mulligan: Should the cotton have already been planted?

Bingo: I'm not the sort of fellow to pass on information unless I'm damn sure, 'less the facts of the matter are 100 percent.

    [as if parroting]

Bingo: In other words, the facts need be *beyond* *dispute*.

Grace Margaret Mulligan: Do you know when to plant?

    Bingo: No.

  • Mark: [on Grace's confusing Jack for Jim] As a matter of fact I've never been able to tell them apart either. They're both colored, and they both got curly hair.
