Look at "Battle Royale" again

Japanese director Shinji Fukasaku's "Battle Royale II" feels that the second part is more depressing than the first. The second part still adheres to the style of the first: bloody and violent. The film also reflects the repressive psychology of the Japanese nation and seems to be more satirical to the government.

But the second part seems to be inferior to the first part that can reflect the other side of human nature. At the end, Qihara Qiuya's words and the feeling of driving into the distance are the same as at the end of the movie "Terminator 1." It is difficult to wonder about the future of these children. Although the successor director Fukasaku Kinji's son Fukasaku Kenta said that the film will not have a sequel, I still have doubts. Maybe there will be a so-called "prequel" without a sequel.

It's more than one grade different from the first one. I shouldn't come here to watch it.... Kitano Takeshi's image of a lonely middle-aged man in my heart is instantly ORZ.

I heard that Shinji Fukasaku is really wrong to make this film. His son doesn't seem to be able to make up for it. How can the effect be compared to the first film?
