I watched this anime on the road in the car. This kind of suspenseful reasoning anime is not my favorite style, but I still watched the 12 episodes without stopping.
The plot progressed very quickly, and it was not very muddled, and the storyboards were well drawn and it was easy for the audience to enter the scene. This is an advantage.
But what I like most is that it confirms my worldview: yesterday’s regrets will reappear today. The male protagonist Wu, who has super powers, can predict the future and return to the past to change the future. He will die because he saw a traffic accident in advance and will save his life and be injured and hospitalized. However, he has been evading. In the case of serial murders of children in elementary school, he failed to save his classmates and close friends. And because he failed to save the murderer, the murderer went unpunished, which indirectly led to the murder of his mother.
Because of yesterday’s escape, the tragedy is repeated today. Maybe some viewers would say that since they can go back in time, wouldn't it be better to catch the killer before the mother was killed or to catch the murderer on the spot? Why go back to childhood in a big circle and save the children who were killed one by one?
In fact, I thought the same way at the very beginning. Isn't this the most direct and effective way to prevent children from being killed, but also to bring prisoners to justice. But this is also the most powerful part of this show. From here, the animation is directly pushed to a higher level. Those little friends encountered not only the danger of murderers, but also domestic violence, family indifference where their parents were not at home all the year round, and isolation that was misunderstood by classmates. All these were encountered by the children who were murdered. The male protagonist is smarter than us. He understands that the center of the incident is not just the murderer, but also the hearts of the children who were killed.
He wants to be a hero, and a hero is not just to fight bad people and monsters, he can still give people warmth and power to positively affect their lives. So he chose to rescue one by one, from the hands of the murderer, from the hands of loneliness and indifference.
The final ending is of course everyone is happy, the actor even rescued the murderer. This is the highest level hero.
I want to be a hero, but because of yesterday’s cowardice I have been evading, until today’s tragedy repeats itself when I can’t avoid it and I can only face the problem. Therefore, when we encounter any problem, it is best to face it head-on, otherwise the problem will find you again in the future.
One of the bugs in this play is the appearance of "passenger heroines". The girls who spent a lot of space in the front did not become the heroines, and the heroines have very few roles. I guess this may be the director set up to give us an unexpected stalk, but I did not expect that the big game will provoke the audience's heart. However, this is still a drama worth watching. At least I like it.
