Growth, the topic of a lifetime

Rather than saying that this is a love series, it is better to say that it is a growth theme. (Some people say it’s chicken soup, but in fact I don’t have a deep understanding of chicken soup, nor do I dislike chicken soup. I would like to express my gratitude for being able to inspire me to use it.)

From career, love, forgiving the past, to self-identification, tells the story of the heroine's growth. For me, there is a sense of substitution.

First of all, about the profession: I really like what Xiao Shao said when I can advance or retreat, I choose to enter, but this movie also let me know that the premise of entering is to be prepared, not "unprepared summit adventure". Not "to die for nothing". I know how much pressure I can bear.

Secondly, about love: As time goes by, and suddenly at this embarrassing age, family, friends, and colleagues are all concerned about whether you are married, whether you have an object or not. Having no object seems to be an expression of incompetence. You should be inferior or even guilty. Was asked to move out of the apartment. For a while, I was forced or brainwashed "devilish", eager to find someone to prove myself. And the humorous psychiatrist in the movie told us: There are many important relationships in life, and loving yourself is very important. Don’t say much about family and friendship. Even drinking coffee, practicing English and clocking in together are also very beautiful. Love is beautiful and worthy of yearning, but it is also important to take good care of other relationships! What's more, falling in love is not so easy to buy a chair. Be cautious!

Third, forgive the past: I also have the shadow of childhood, and for so many years, I don’t know if I have walked out. It seems to forgive me. Every time I see a similar scene, the memory will reappear, I have had nightmares countless times, and I have written a diary. I have read books about mental growth countless times, and I really miss seeing a psychiatrist, but how can I let others know about some things? Let me try again to accept the pain that has happened, try to forgive, not to forget, but seek peace of mind, forgive the past, forgive others, but also reconcile with myself. "I have seen and accepted the pain that memory brings me, and found that I am seeking the painful feeling of not being loved. I accept this feeling wholeheartedly and let go of the need for it."

Finally, self-identification: I have the same point of view as the classical teacher’s book "What is the possibility of your life" that I am reading: material and external identification are inevitable, but more importantly, self-identification, self-growth, and external Identity and material are the means and process, while self-identification and growth are the goal and the end. In this way, we will not be swayed by others' approval and evaluation, and know where to spend our time and energy! So we need to pay attention to self-identification, satisfy our inner needs, and put the focus of life on growth!

The ending and interlude are very lively and dynamic. If you want to say hi to the good life, write a diary and talk to yourself more.
