If Shelton was not Shelton in "The Big Bang," would you still like this story?

I had this question in my mind before I started watching the first episode. If he is not Sheldon... then this is just a new American drama, with a genius and persistent little boy as the protagonist, a family comedy story.

This genius boy has skipped grades year after year, and he is super wise--for a family, it often means trouble. When a parent’s IQ is not as good as his son’s, when his genius becomes a place different from ordinary people, when no one around him can teach him any knowledge... It seems that for the family around this teenager, it is full of frustration. .

The incompatibility between genius and the environment, the frustration of family members, the breakdown of teachers, and the place different from our daily life, all these constitute the elements of comedy.

I didn't laugh so happily, but I was happy to see it.

But it is not just a comedy.

I think it is probably a great family movie. Especially for those parents with children.

If the Sheldon of this play is not the Sheldon, then he is just one of the weird members of the family.

The most surprising thing is that Sheldon's brother and sister. The brother is a rugby player, and the sister... is a very common American girl. Although Shelton is the protagonist, they are also mentioned in the short first episode. The most surprising thing is the way Shelton's parents educate these children.

For these three different children, they took completely different approaches.

For my brother, there is a section in the play where he had a dispute with the opponent while he was practicing rugby. He rushed back to the locker room and came back as the coach’s dad-he was just called to the principal's office because of Shelton's troubles-he didn't say anything to his brother, nor did he say anything else. He just said, as Coach, put on my clothes quickly and go back and continue practicing. At this moment, my brother suddenly asked, what about being a father? Dad said, as a dad, today is terrible, so let's be my coach...

This is a very typical pattern between father and son.

There was not so much communication, it was very direct, and nothing was mentioned, but some contradictions were resolved.

But Dad does not have this attitude towards all children. Facing his daughter who would speak bad words during the rebellious period, his attitude was tough but not rude.

But in front of Sheldon, Dad never said aloud. He didn't understand how his little son could be so weird... But when something happened to Sheldon, he had to use his own life and examples to try to explain something to Sheldon. This is nothing for brothers and sisters. Does he prefer Sheldon? No, it's just that, in Confucius' words, teach students in accordance with their aptitude.

For different children, different methods are adopted.

Therefore, if Shelton is not Shelton, I would also like to continue to follow this show. Just watching the story of this family is wonderful enough.

Obviously, Sheldon was not as "hateful" as he grew up at this time. Many of his habits have not yet been formed. Many of his words are only childish satire, not humiliation in adulthood.

It can be seen that Shelton loves his parents very much. He is not as heartless and emotionless as he grew up. I really want to know how Sheldon turned himself into a "Vulcan" step by step.

Wait and see.
