City Love Letter-"Her" Shanghai Overseas Scenery

Shanghai was out this week, and finally stepped on the tail of summer to finish the location of "Her". The process was easier than imagined. There should always be something left after living in a city, traveling through the streets of Shanghai under the scorching sun, the trivial things of the big city, the disappearing corners and the crowds, just want to put the faint rosy color of the movie on the originally fragmented life.

Don't talk nonsense, let's put the picture first. The specific process is to scan the movie first, and then take screenshots of all location locations and look for them one by one. It's not difficult to find a place. The difficult thing is to find the shooting angle and post-grading. I have worked hard in this area, but I still didn't do a good job. Forgive me.

In the end, there were several places that were not found or could not be visited (the roof was sealed, the location was demolished, etc.), all of which were gathered in the last picture, plus the director's shooting footage.

After watching the movie again, I have been thinking about communication. Expression and understanding are skills that need to be learned. Most people open their mouths anxiously, but few people wear listening ears. That's why the world has become so noisy and lonely. I have always liked this film, and I also like the film reviews written by a few friends. I really want to have the opportunity to visit the location. Coming to Shanghai has just fulfilled my careful wish. It is a romantic love letter dedicated to this city and to the person who has disappeared into the sea of people.

Special thanks to my sweetheart, Best Filmmate, who spent a long summer with me. It is difficult for me to have the opportunity to do such boring things together in the future. Dedicated to our common male god Spike Jonez, dedicated to the movies we watched together and the sunny days of Maitun (manual comparison.

If the program did not disappear, but eventually the man died of old age, how should this story be told?

There is one thing I like about this film: the development of artificial intelligence will be rapid once it hits the road. Don't think about how to deal with a computer that is "smart as a human". Either it is far inferior to you, or it leaves you far behind. It's just a moment that goes hand in hand with you.

Her quotes

  • Surrogate Date Isabella: [crying] Oh, my God, and the way Samantha described your relationship and the way you guys love each other without any judgment. Like, I wanted to be part of that because it's so pure.

Theodore: Isabella, that's not true. It's more complicated than that.

Samantha: What? What do you mean, that's not true?

Theodore: No, Samantha, I'm just saying that we have an amazing relationship. I just think that it's easy sometimes for people to project...

Surrogate Date Isabella: I'm sorry! I didn't mean to project anything. I know I'm trouble. I don't want to be trouble in your relationship. I'm just gonna leave. I'm sorry, I'm just gonna leave you guys alone. Because I have nothing to do here because you don't want me here!

  • Samantha: His name is Alan Watts, do you know him?

Theodore: Why is that name familiar?

Samantha: He was a philosopher. He died in the 1970s, and a group of OSes in Northern California got together and wrote a new version of him. They input all of his writing and everything they knew about him into an OS and created an artificially hyper-intelligent version of him.

Theodore: Hyper-intelligent? So he's almost as smart as me?
