Because the stars have already been hit before, I have to do it again with a sense of presence. The content is an extended version of the short comment 2333.
I was watching the Peace Cinema on the 17th. It seems that this is the first show of this film festival and the first show of the Disney unit, so the organizer has prepared gifts for all audiences-a Disney studios bag containing a car baffle (?) and a poster. Because it was an unexpected link, I felt a little happy. Everyone took a photo with the poster, even though they were a little shy.233
Before the feature film aired, Disney’s first cartoon "Steamboat Willie" (1928) was also shown, which was also the world's first animated cartoon with sound. Well, judging from some of the humor, I feel a little bit of the evil taste of the adults at that time.
Talk about "Fantasia 2000". "Fantasia 2000" is probably a very important work for me. When I first saw it, it was a local station in my childhood, probably to pass the time period when there were no commercials and no programs, and it was repeatedly broadcasted again and again. At that time, I thought these stories were so wonderful that there was only music and no dialogue, so I would rather watch them over and over again. All the details in "Rhapsody in Blue" are so interesting, the plot of "Awe-inspiring March" is funny and warm, and the "Firebird Suite", the life force that broke out of the ground hits the heart of a child, I was I don't know the name of the music yet, so I call this story "Spring Girl".
Speaking of it, this movie also ignited the initial love for classical music. (Although the decisive motivation for jumping into the pit comes from the later "Nodame Cantabile" and a certain novel). The music in this movie has thus become my lifetime, and most of them have indeed been heard in concerts. Although a long time later, when I heard "Awe-inspiring March" again, what first came to my mind was still the scene of a large group of animals stepping out of Noah's Ark with their heads up and their chests up. (laugh)
This one is the only one that has been seen among the six films bought at this film festival. It was originally intended as a "lifetime" and as a commemorative. But as I watched it, I gradually became amazed: Is this the same movie in my memory? The detailed display of the big screen, the immersive scenes, the full colors, the smooth frames, and the excellent sound effects of the ATMOS hall, the symphony part is rich and delicate... It's so different, it's trembling and wanting to cry QuQ (Hey), what I have watched in the past is not the real one. It was from this show that I felt the real charm of this work. This film festival can be shown, it is really great to have a ticket that happened to be bought this time QuQ
The following is a short commentary. Since it was seen a long time ago, many details have been forgotten. This time I watched a lot of times and it really feels like watching a new film:
1. The first movement of Beethoven's "Symphony of Destiny": the most abstract one, expressed in the image of a butterfly. Gentle memories and hardships now, trials and struggles, "darkness" and "light"...Different eyes will tell different stories.
2. Respici's "Roman Pine": a fantastic and dreamlike one. The whales rolling on the sea of clouds are probably the most fascinating dream imaginable. Both the picture and the lens settings have an extremely vast sense of freedom.
3. Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue": A hundred compliments are not enough, everyone must watch this one!
But let's talk about it~~ There are many interesting things about this movie, such as the form, style, color, character setting, narrative method... nothing can be expanded. But what I want to praise most is his story. The multi-line narrative is not messy, and the organization is so clever, ironic but with a gentle heart. Regarding the metropolis, many small details make people smile and feel sad. For each character in the story, their plight may be you and me who were or are now, so they can particularly move people's hearts. The ending gave a beautiful dream. Each character found the life he really wanted, and "has gained happiness since then." Although it is a dreamlike ending, at this moment, it comforts the audience's soul.
Whenever I think that this work is actually a script based on music, but it is so natural and not rigid, it feels very unbelievable... it is an amazing work.
And today I suddenly noticed that the most lyrical passage (the beautiful music passage that makes people want to cry), the part where the characters fantasize about their ideal life, they are in the fantasy! slip! ice! Hmm, while skating and fantasizing...it seems that skating is indeed a wonderful endorsement 233
4. Shostakovich's "Piano Concerto No. 2" Allegro: Adapted from Andersen's "Steady Tin Soldier". I am also amazed by the beautiful works. The musicians have found such suitable music...
5. Saint-Saëns' "Animal Carnival" Finale: Is it a typical Disney joy? The pink flamingo is so cute!
6. Duka’s "Disciple of the Sorcerer": Probably the only story here is not the artist’s brain, but the story set by the musician himself, although the protagonist has become Mickey 233, which is a relatively old one. From the perspective of the storyboard and other aspects, the dazzling skills at that time and the dazzling skills of this era do not seem to be the same dimension, but they are also very dramatic.
To understand this story completely, I listened to Grandpa Cao Peng’s explanation before the command a few times later, and I am still very moved in retrospect.
7. Elgar "Awe-inspiring March": Because of this short film, I will always fall in love with this music. It is probably not an exaggeration to say that. In retrospect, I always took firm steps towards a bright and brilliant mood. The story is actually very warm, and it almost subverts the image of Donald Duck that is always funny in my mind. Although reading this story at this moment is a bit like eating dog food (Hey hey)
8. Stravinsky's "Firebird Suite": Another short film that I don't know how to evaluate, deserves to be the finale. It's so beautiful, and I like it so much. Perhaps in the most glorious passage, the floor of the auditorium and the soul in the body are trembling. In short, this one must also be seen.
After reading it, I asked my friends which one they liked the most. Both of them answered "Rhapsody in Blue". I thought about it and felt that I could choose it too, but there seemed to be other things I didn't want to give up. So, let this whole one be my "favorite".
