Court drama

First, tragedy. Such a pedantic Danish nobleman died and did not know that the Persians had struck, and they were in conflict. Second, the initial deification must be an illusion. The people in Hamlet must have known the cause of the death of the king. Later, Hamlet had hallucinations. It is estimated that he was pretending to be crazy and killed many people. Hatred is poison. Third, words. I couldn't read the book before, so I had to watch the movie. It is true that the language of the drama is very gorgeous, and I really admire it, and it is too exaggerated. Generally speaking, it is to play palace dramas in all countries.

As a theater director and actor, why is Kenneth Branagh's camera sense so good? !

My favorite Hamlet so far. The filming is particularly "right", with no words deleted for four hours, so that the audience can appreciate that this is a drama of political history, not just a model of Freud's psychological analysis. Branagh's directing and acting style is full of passion, good use of the body, and many familiar scenes are very personal and full of tension, such as the thrilling scene where the prince wants to kill but does not kill his uncle. Domingo sang at the end of the credits, and the play was brilliant enough.

Hamlet quotes

  • Hamlet: What man dost thou dig it for?

First Gravedigger: For no man sir.

    Hamlet: For what woman then?

    First Gravedigger: For none neither.

Hamlet: *Who* is to be buried here?

First Gravedigger: One that was a woman sir, but rest her soul, she's dead.

  • Polonius: My lord I will take my leave of you.

Hamlet: You cannot sir, take from me anything I would more willingly part withal. Except my life. Except my life

    [grins crazily]

    Hamlet: Except my life.

Polonius: Fare you well, my lord.

Hamlet: [to himself, quite sane] These tedious old fools.
