The film’s storyline is a bit hasty

Because I saw Jennifer’s "Brain Cell Invasion" a long time ago, and I think it is a very good movie. So, watch this thriller at Jennifer. Personally, I think the storyline of the film is a bit hasty. The overall feeling is that it might be better if it is classified as a psychological movie.
First of all, Claire and Noah rubbed a spark. When she woke up early the next morning after that night, Claire repented, and she found that she was out of control. What she wanted was for her husband to return, and to live a happy life in harmony with her family. If you continue with Noah, you will lose your son, work and life. Yes, she paid too much, of course she didn't want to. Who would be willing? So, I chose to give up this unethical love. It should be said that Claire was a bit selfish and didn't consider Noah's inner feelings at all. She evaded, refused to admit what was between the two, and tried to persuade the other party to believe that the whole thing was a mistake at all. When she woke up early the next morning, she immediately changed her attitude. Is she awake a little too soon? She didn't realize that she had hurt Noah.
Let’s take a look at Claire’s background: her husband had an affair for 9 months and the marriage was almost over, but he has not yet officially divorced. I have always hoped that her husband can return to the family, but the reality always disappoints her. So she secretly hid in the bathroom and wept. A middle-aged married woman who is a mother is easily confused at this age, regardless of whether her life is going well. Marriage will encounter a bottleneck at a certain time, not to mention her husband is about to leave her. At this time, Claire was moved by Noah's appearance, but reason told her that this was not possible. Reason can't, perceptual can. What if Noah is not a student, but an adult about her age? I think it will be successful. Didn't she go on a blind date before? From Claire peeking at Noah from the window three times, it seemed that Claire liked Noah very much, and she couldn't help but want to see him. Yes, Noah called Claire to help him with the frozen chicken, apparently Noah deliberately arranged it. But if Noah hadn't found Claire peeking at him, he might not be so sure and react so quickly. In other words, their feelings are mutual. However, afterwards, she became sober. Son, work, life, all these may be lost because of her relationship with young students and her son's friends. Especially the son, what would he think? Age and status are barriers between them. Yes, she is not only swayed, she regrets, regretting the loss of control last night. As a result, she evaded, afraid to face the facts that had happened. She thinks that one-night stand is normal, and she can explain it clearly to Noah and it will be fine, but she doesn't know that Noah loves her, and it is a kind of pathological, irrational love, a love that does not allow betrayal.

Let’s talk about Noah again. Noah was in a good state at the beginning. If he had not been rejected by Claire, no one might have discovered that he was actually a patient with a paranoid personality disorder with an Oedipus complex and a violent tendency. He killed his father and Oedipus, completely in line with the Oedipus complex. His love for Claire is caused by this pathology. However, he himself did not realize that his love affair was pathological. Yixin only thinks that he has found the love he wants. They are in love with each other. The two sides recognize each other. Although Claire is ideologically unwilling to have a relationship with the student, his son's friend, he is sure that she loves him. . He thinks everything is perfect, dreamlike and beautiful. But all the beauty was denied by Claire, and he discovered that it turned out not to be that way. All of this was his own wishful thinking. The warm embrace suddenly turned into an icy abyss and was turned away. He was disappointed and heartbroken. He kept asking: Why do both my mother and Claire dislike me? As a result, his psychology was distorted and deformed, and Claire was possessed by means of revenge.
Maybe the actor playing Ryan is too handsome, I can't help but fall in love with Noah, and I feel that he is the victim. No one knows his condition, and he certainly doesn't know it himself. At first I felt that he was only violent, but later discovered that he was a patient with Oedipus complex and a paranoid personality disorder. Claire, sexy, beautiful, natural and elegant. For him, Claire is the incarnation of perfection, she not only means love, but also a substitute for his mother. He needs someone like a mother to accept him and love him. He wants to replace his father's position. Therefore, when Claire denied the facts of last night, he was angrily and sadly hit the door frame with his fists, because he was rejected again and his heart was deeply hurt. Obviously it is a beautiful thing, why does Claire insist on saying that her brain is not clear before letting go of the mistake? Of course, he also calmed down and sent flowers to Claire as a sign of peace. When Claire said "from the beginning", he was very happy and thought it was reconciled. In fact, he misunderstood Claire's meaning. In addition, he saw Garrett send Claire home in the evening and did not leave overnight. He thought he was cheated and was tricked. Claire reconciled with Garrett and lived together. So, angry, sad, desperate... and even the illness broke out, poor child~

The story goes from Claire's repentance to the two people's rebellion, the plot seems a bit hasty. Claire is a teacher in the third year of high school. We all know that to be a teacher, psychology is a required course. Teachers who have studied psychology can't be unaware of Noah's inner changes in a third year student, especially that he still likes him very much. When Noah punched the door frame, Claire should realize that he had hurt Noah's young heart. However, there is no plot in the movie where she tries to understand Noah’s heart to help him put everything down, or talk to him directly about this matter, but Claire uses a self-deceiving method to reject Noah’s love, blindly avoiding. I don't want to face this thing I did. Nor did Claire found Noah's pathological introduction, and jumped directly to it, not allowing her son to talk to Noah anymore, or even saying to her son, "He is not your friend" or the like. Such an approach directly hurt Noah, and it is also detrimental to his son's psychological development. Claire went from loving Noah to not allowing her son to interact with him, and the emotional development was too fast and sudden, which was not very reasonable. Here, what does the movie want to show? Is it because of the mature psychology of the middle-aged mother Claire that she regards this as a normal one-night stand, or does she want to show that Claire is really frantic, not knowing how to deal with it, just wanting to escape, when this didn't happen? At this point in the film, Noah is just a young student, not a patient. There is another point worth noting. The conversation when they talked about Homer should be a foreshadowing. Noah believes that he was doing justice to kill, so he dared to take responsibility instead of evading. There are two meanings: first, Claire dared not take responsibility; second, Noah's murder was actually doing a just thing, it was heroism.

From this perspective, it is more appropriate to define this film as a psychological film.
