When I was a child, I heard and witnessed the unfair treatment of my deceased mother, and when I was an adult, I was betrayed by love. Under the double blow and double hatred, a plan of revenge against this abominable family was started. Step by step methodically, calmly and happily. British writer Roy Hoyman’s novel of the same name seems to be tailor-made for the mysterious male protagonist Alek Guinness. It is a mysterious life experience and interprets a mysterious story. It not only plays multiple roles, but also presents it to the audience. Multiple murders and battles for love. Yes, this is indeed a 1949 work, and now it seems that it is still stunning.
